James Harris is currently the Head Coach for the Women’s Rowing team at Rowing Australia, a position held since 2024. Previously, they served as a Talent Development Coach at British Rowing from 2009 to 2013, where they successfully developed athletes into Olympic competitors. Harris also held the role of Olympic Performance Coach for the Great Britain Olympic Rowing Team, where they achieved significant milestones, including a silver medal at the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
