Ron Batt has a comprehensive background in sports management and coaching, with over a decade of experience at Rowing Australia and the Tasmanian Institute of Sport. As Participation and Education Manager at Rowing Australia from May 2012 to October 2023, Ron focused on developing programs to enhance participation in the sport. Prior to this role, Ron served as Rowing Coach and High Performance Development Co-ordinator at the Tasmanian Institute of Sport from May 2007 to April 2011. Currently, since October 2023, Ron is the Sport Development Manager at Rowing Australia, continuing to advance initiatives in the sport.
