Tiago Pedro

Tiago Pedro began their professional career in 2011 as a Trainee at Deloitte, where they developed their professional activity in ASP.NET, DotNetNuke, C#, Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008, JavaScript, CSS, Visual Basic 6.0 SP6, HTML, Oracle 11g, PL/SQL, Reporting Services and Integrating Services. In 2012, they worked as a Quality Management - Software Tester at SONAE for NOESIS Portugal. From 2014 to 2017, they worked at Blip.pt as a Scrum Master and QA Analyst. In 2017, they were a Senior QA Analyst at Paddy Power Betfair. In 2018, they joined Rows as a Lead QA Engineer and Senior QA Engineer, where they were responsible for building the QAE team and QA process from scratch, leading testing activities with cross-functional teams, creating, maintaining and executing test cases/suites, analyzing results for both automation and manual, and troubleshooting issues down to the root cause and creating detailed bug reports.

Tiago Pedro obtained their Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Ramo de Engenharia de Software from Setúbal School of Technology Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal between 2007 and 2011. Tiago then attended Yaşar University in 2011 for the Erasmus Intensive Program 'Network Security and 4n6'. In addition, Pedro has obtained three certifications, including Programming Foundations: Software Quality Assurance from LinkedIn in October 2018, ISTQB - ISEB Certified Tester Foundation Level from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in December 2012, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in July 2016.
