Austin Chen is a skilled engineer with a diverse background in software development and engineering, currently serving as a Founding Engineer at Rox since 2024 and as a Neo Scholar at Neo since 2023. Previously, Austin held positions as a Founding Engineer at Penguin AI, focusing on AI-generated advertisements for enterprise CPG marketers, and as a Software Engineer at Retool, where significant contributions included implementing critical features and developing a chat component. Austin has also co-founded MentalFit, a solution addressing mental wellness, and worked with Root to create real-time communication API services.
