Leah Clapper currently serves as the Marketing Lead at Rox, the firm's first full-time marketing hire responsible for developing its marketing strategy. Previous experience includes managing content marketing for Redpoint Ventures, where Leah oversaw production of The Logan Bartlett Show podcast and enhanced the firm’s social media presence. As a co-founder of NIL Island, Leah established a community supporting student-athletes in navigating brand sponsorships. Leah also created and executed over 30 paid brand campaigns through Leah Clapper LLC and co-founded Shine Creative, a gymnastics board game company. Academic credentials include a bachelor’s degree in Advertising and two master’s degrees from the University of Florida in Mass Communication and Entrepreneurship. Leah's background features achievements as an NCAA gymnast, including five SEC Championships.
