Matt Roxo has a decade of experience in the digital industry. Matt began their career in 2006 as an Intern at TRIPLE FIVE SOUL, INC. where they designed graphics for apparel, CADs, and line sheets. In 2007, they started an online dropship business, Roxo Rideshop, selling emerging brands within the action sports community. In 2008, they worked as a Web Designer & E-commerce Manager for FAMOUS Stars & Staps. Matt then moved on to Haven Agency in 2012 as the Director of Client Partnerships, where they pitched to executive directors and digital marketing teams. In 2013, they worked as a Web Designer & Developer for Welk Resort Group, designing web pages, mobile apps, and email marketing campaigns. In 2015, Matt moved to Road Runner Sports as a Web Designer & Digital Project Manager, managing and leading design & development teams. In 2018, they worked as a Web Designer & Developer for Turtle Beach, designing and developing featured release, affiliate, partnership, and esport pages. In 2019, they joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Sr. User Experience Designer, researching, prototyping, designing, and testing compelling and engaging user experiences. Most recently, in 2021, Matt became a Partner & Co-Founder at Maverek. Matt also founded ROXO in 2010, where they served as the Founder & CEO.

Matt Roxo attended State University of New York at Oswego from 2002 to 2006 and earned a B.A in Graphic Design and Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Smithtown High School from 1998 to 2002, where they completed General Studies.
