Marcus Holmersson

Marcus Holmersson has extensive work experience in various industries. Marcus currently works at Roxtec Group as a Business Process Developer, responsible for planning and managing overall operations, focusing on supply chain processes, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, and physical stock handling.

Prior to this, they worked at Dynapac as the Global Business Process Manager, where they were responsible for harmonizing business processes within production planning, warehouse management, and materials management/stock and purchasing for all business units in the Dynapac group. Marcus also documented AS IS business processes, educated team members on industry best practices, and managed processes from end-to-end.

Before Dynapac, Marcus worked at Dynapac Sverige for several years. Marcus initially served as a Production Representative in product development projects and later focused on digital development in production, providing digital assembly instructions and machine information to operators. Marcus also assisted with data management and analysis.

Marcus also gained experience at Xylem Water & Wastewater as a Project Manager, leading or participating in various production development and engineering projects. Additionally, they worked at Vossloh Nordic Switch Systems AB as a Manufacturing Engineer and at Södra as an Operator.

Marcus Holmersson received their Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Linköping University between 1999 and 2004. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Value-Based Lean Six Sigma (VBLSS) Green Belt from ITT Inc. From 2017 to 2019, Marcus pursued a Higher Education Diploma in Software Engineering from Blekinge Institute of Technology.
