Calvin Wang is a dedicated and experienced learning and development professional with over a decade of expertise. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor for Early Careers at Hancock Iron Ore since 2025, Calvin previously held the same position from 2022 to 2025. Calvin has also worked as a Research Training Manager at Edith Cowan University from 2017 to 2020, where they provided strategic support and managed programs for Higher Degrees by Research students while developing partnerships for collaboration. Prior to that, Calvin held operational roles in gold mining and academic positions at Charles Sturt University, including Course Director and Lecturer. Calvin is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Business at Edith Cowan University.
