Eric Goodman

Eric Goodman is a seasoned metallurgist with extensive experience in processing production and plant operations. At Roy Hill, from September 2022 to March 2025, Eric served as Superintendent Processing Production and Specialist Site Metallurgist, providing expert advice on metallurgical processing equipment and mentoring team members in troubleshooting. Prior to this role, Eric worked at Rio Tinto from December 2011 to September 2021, where responsibilities included leading a technical team as Senior Metallurgist and providing operational readiness support as a Metallurgist. Earlier experiences include roles as Plant Process Engineer and Graduate Metallurgist at Rio Tinto, and a Vacation Student Metallurgist position at BHP Billiton Nickel West. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Metallurgical Engineering from Curtin University, earned in January 2012.
