Qi Yang

Qi Yang is a project professional with a strong engineering background and extensive experience in the mining and infrastructure sectors. They have served as a Senior Project Engineer at Hancock Iron Ore since 2025, and previously held key roles at Newmont Australia, Karridale Group, CITIC Pacific Mining, and MSP Engineering Pty Ltd. Qi earned a Master's degree in Engineering Practice from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Design and Automation from East China University of Science and Technology. Their expertise spans a variety of significant projects, including tailings expansions and major infrastructure developments.
