Tim Conversi is an experienced professional in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, currently serving as the Head of Organisational Capability at Roy Hill since November 2024, while also owning G25 Pty Ltd, a consulting firm specializing in empirical diagnostics to enhance organisational effectiveness. Previously, Tim held the position of EGM People & Capability at Regis Resources Ltd and led several initiatives at Newmont Mining Corporation, focusing on HR, organisational development, and safety projects across the APAC region. With a background as Managing Director of Conversi & Associates Pty Ltd and experience in educational settings like Charles Darwin University, Tim has developed a robust expertise in organisational capability and development throughout a diverse career. Tim's educational qualifications include a Master of Psychology in Industrial and Organisational Psychology and ongoing pursuit of a PhD in Psychology and Business from The University of Western Australia.
