Isabelle Leblanc

Isabelle Leblanc has been working at Roy. since 2008 as Vice-présidente capital humain et développement organisationnel, overseeing strategic organizational transformation projects and ensuring continuous improvement of procedures and processes. Isabelle also promotes organizational culture and values within the company. Prior to their current position, Isabelle held roles in human resources at various companies and was actively involved in professional organizations like Groupe de discussion CRHA and PITREM. Isabelle holds a B.A.A. in Gestion des ressources humaines from Université du Québec à Montréal and a DEC in Sciences humaines from Collège Édouard-Montpetit.
