Dan Koxlien

Dan Koxlien has extensive experience in the construction and mining industries, currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at Royal Construction since November 2019. Prior to this role, Dan held positions including Project Team Lead at Badger Mining Corporation from May 2015 to October 2019, and Chief Operating Officer at Northern Frac Proppants II, LLC from August 2013 to April 2015. Dan's earlier career includes over a decade as a Project Manager at Market & Johnson, Inc. and Hoeppner Building Corp, as well as a position as Project Foreman at Lunda Construction Company.
