Eric Mitchell

Eric Mitchell is a coffee professional with over three years of experience working in origin countries such as Mexico, Costa Rica, and Haiti. They are currently the VP of Green Coffee Sourcing, Quality, and Sustainability at Royal Cup, Inc., where they leverage their extensive background in quality control and sourcing. Eric has worked with San Cristobal Coffee Importers as a Quality Control Consultant and held various roles at S&D Coffee and Tea, including Green Coffee Buyer II. Their work in Haiti involves training farmers and cooperatives in best practices for harvesting and processing, reflecting their commitment to creating a sustainable coffee market and improving the lives of small coffee farmers. Eric holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Modern Foreign Language and Business Administration from James Madison University.
