Mar

Mar is the current Chief Communications Officer at Royal Eagle and has held previous positions at HolaStaff, FrakBlock Tech Ventures, FrakBlock io, and andonix. Mar has been with Royal Eagle for over a year and has been instrumental in the company's success. Prior to joining Royal Eagle, Mar was the Head of Supply Chain and Partnerships at Wayside Systems, a division of Bombardier. Mar was responsible for commodity management, sourcing strategies, and partnerships for 15 products. Mar was also responsible for initiating and managing 100+ supplier partnerships. Mar was instrumental in scope growth from regional to global. Mar improved supplier base to be best in class through the implementation of metrics and performance measurement. Mar also led an initiative to sign 20+ key, long-term agreements with global reach, offering shared benefits for BT and suppliers, improving cooperation, innovation, costs, and sustainability.

Mar has an MBA in International Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BS in International Trade from Tecnológico de Monterrey. Mar also has certification from HubSpot in Sales Training: Techniques for a Human-Centric Sales Process and certification from Coursera Course Certificates in The Governance of Nonprofit Organizations.

Mar reports to Francisco Octávio Beckert Júnior, Chief Executive Officer. Mar works with Mars Vieira - Chief Information Officer, Gerhard - Chief Financial Officer, and Vieira - Chief Sustainability Officer.
