Umar Khan

Umar Khan has an extensive work experience that spans over two decades. Umar is currently working at Royal Group LLC as a Technical Director and Senior Project Manager, overseeing the construction and opening of two projects in Minsk, Belarus. Prior to this, they worked at Tetra Hospitality Investment LLC as the Group Director of Engineering. From 2016 to 2019, Umar was the Regional Director of Engineering for Millennium Hotels and Resorts in the Middle East and Africa region. Umar also served as the Director of Engineering at Jumeirah Messilah Beach Hotel & Spa from 2012 to 2016. Umar's earlier roles include Chief Engineer at Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa/Grosvenor House Dubai, Property Operations Manager at Sheraton Belgravia Hotel in London, Shift Engineer at Sheraton Heathrow Hotel in the United Kingdom, and Deputy Director of Engineering at Sheraton Karachi Hotel.

Umar Khan pursued their Bachelor's of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from NED University of Engineering and Technology from 1993 to 1998. Umar furthered their education by undertaking a Post Graduation degree in Building Services & Engineering Management from Brunel University, United Kingdom, between 2002 and 2008.
