Henk Schep is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in mechanical and piping systems. Currently serving as Lead Engineer Mechanical & Piping at Royal IHC since May 2017, Henk has previously held the position of Section Leader Engineering Mechanical and Piping at Oceanco, where the focus was on engineering mega yachts from November 2012 to May 2017. Earlier in the career, Henk managed basic engineering at IHC Merwede from January 2004 to October 2012 and led the Chief Drawing Office Machinery at van der Giessen de Noord for over two decades, from June 1980 to December 2003.
