Peter Preusting

Peter Preusting has extensive experience in production management and leadership across various companies. Currently serving as General Manager of Metalix by Royal IHC since May 2011, Peter oversees the production of steel construction kits, fostering an environment centered on autonomous teams, trust, and responsibility. Prior experience includes a role as Production Manager at Lonka N.V., where Peter managed the production department and introduced a new product, and at Hero Group, where strategic planning and management of the aseptic production department were key responsibilities. Previous roles include Production Manager at Cugla BV and a combination of Teamleader and Production Planner at Caligen Europe B.V., with a focus on managing and developing production processes throughout.
