Peter Held has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, serving in various executive chef roles across multiple luxury hotel brands. Currently, Peter Held is the Executive Chef at Royal Cliff Hotels Group since September 2022. Previously, Peter Held held the same title at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts and Daddy Deli Hua Hin, as well as at Royal Cliff Hotels Group & Pattaya Exhibition and Convention Hall, Anantara Hotels, Resorts and Spas, Centara Mirage Grand Beach Resort, Centara Grand Beach Resort Samui, Kempinski Resort & Spa Sanya, Dusit Thani Pattaya, and Central Grand Plaza Bangkok. With a career spanning over two decades, Peter Held has managed culinary operations in establishments with numerous food and beverage outlets and substantial meeting facilities.
