Devaki J

Devaki J has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Devaki is currently working as an HR Manager at Royal Cyber Inc. since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an HR Manager at Ascendum Solutions from February 2020 to August 2021.

Before their role as an HR Manager, Devaki worked at RLE INDIA as an Assistant Manager of Human Resources from January 2018 to December 2019. Their responsibilities included end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee programs, legal and policy management, reward and recognition, and retention and exit programs.

Devaki also served as a Sr. HR Executive at IDC from May 2014 to December 2017. Their role involved recruitment, induction, performance appraisal system coordination, training, employee relations, and organization development. Devaki also worked as an HR Consultant at IDC from February 2013 to April 2014.

Aside from these experiences, Devaki worked as an Executive at Alma Mater from September 2010 to February 2013 and as an HR Coordinator at 3V Solutions from February 2008 to September 2010.

Devaki J completed their education at three different institutions. Devaki first attended Florence High School from 1987 to 1999, where they obtained their SSLC and PUC degrees in Accounts. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Rajiv Gandhi from 1999 to 2003. Lastly, they enrolled at Symbiosis Centre for Management Studies - Pune from 2014 to 2017, where they earned a PGDHRM degree in the field of HR.
