Michael McCaskey

Mr. McCaskey has served on the Board of Directors and been a consulting advisor to Royale Energy since its merger in 2018 with Matrix Oil Management Corporation and Matrix Oil Corporation. Currently, Mr. McCaskey serves on the Board of Directors of RMX Resources LLC, a Texas Limited Liability Company. He is currently President of PEM Management Corporation, a CA corporation that serves as a Family Office consulting and investment firm. He has formally served as President of Matrix Oil Management Corporation, Vice President and Secretary of Matrix Oil Corporation, and served on the Board of Directors of both companies since 1999. He has worked in both exploration and field development as a Petroleum Geologist since 1980 for ARCO Exploration, Union Oil of California, Venoco, and Matrix. During those working years he has been involved in over 200 drilling projects. For Royale, he has advised management and assisted with geologic evaluations of the 2018 and 2019 Rio Vista drilling projects and recently the Jameson North drilling efforts in 2020. He has a BS and MS in Geology from Texas A&M.
