Tom de Keyser

Tom de Keyser is an experienced theatre professional with a diverse background in production and executive leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at the Society of London Theatre / UK Theatre, Tom chairs the UKT Industrial Relations sub-committee while contributing to joint policy, research, and advocacy efforts. As Chief Executive and Co-Founder of ROYO Entertainment, Tom has led the production of several notable musicals, including "Here & Now - The Steps Musical" and "Kinky Boots." Previous roles include UK Managing Director at Broadway On Demand, where Tom was instrumental in launching a digital platform during the Covid-19 pandemic, and Consultant Executive Producer at The Really Useful Group Ltd, focusing on the international rollout of "Unmasked." Tom also held significant positions at Bill Kenwright Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing production and commercial operations, enhancing profitability through international distribution partnerships.
