Keith Watanabe began their career at Aaron's on Ala Moana from 2002 to 2005, where they developed fine dining serving skills while advancing through various roles. They later worked as a Server/Bartender at Neiman Marcus from 2005 to 2016 and served at D.K.'s Steakhouse from 2007 to 2009. Currently, Keith is the General Manager at Beach House by Roy Yamaguchi and also manages Roy's Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine since 2016. They are pursuing degrees in Business/Commerce and Liberal Arts at Kapiolani Community College and Leeward Community College, respectively.
