Michael Adair

Michael Adair is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in engineering and management. Currently serving as Plant Manager and previously as Director of Engineering at Royston LLC since October 2019, Michael has a strong background in overseeing engineering operations. From April 2008 to November 2019, Michael held the position of Engineering Manager at idX Corporation, where responsibilities included managing engineering, scheduling, and resources across divisions in St. Louis, London, and Mexico. Prior experience includes serving as a Wood Production Engineer at QualServ Corporation, where Michael focused on engineering production drawings and fixtures, and as a Drafter at Accurate Mapping, creating land surveys and advertising materials. Michael earned a 2 Year CAD Certification in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith from 1995 to 1998.
