Fredrik Elzén

Elzén is the owner and CEO of Ekholmsnäs Invest AB. They are the owner and chair of the board of Sync Energy AB and Rozen Clean AB. Their career included leadership and sourcing roles at Nordea (Head of IT Sourcing Group Functions and Business Areas, 2009–2015; Senior Sourcing Manager; Head of IT Sourcing), NASDAQ OMX (Head of Offshoring, Banks and Brokers, 2002–2006), Toshiba TPC Nordics (Manager, Consumer Products, 1999–2001), and Ericsson (Product Sales Manager, 1997–1999); they also served as board member at Fidenta Oy (2009–2013) and owned Bridgehead Consulting AB (Owner / IT consultant, 2001–2002). They earned a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Auckland, completed engineering studies at Gripenskolan, and completed the Strategic Leader Program at London Business School (2016–2017).
