Jacopo Pendezza

Jacopo Pendezza is an experienced Project Development Manager with expertise in renewable energy projects, currently leading development efforts at RP-Global since February 2017. In this role, Jacopo oversees the entire development process for a portfolio of hydro, solar PV, and wind projects, focusing on site evaluations, feasibility studies, land acquisition, and securing funding and off-take agreements. Prior to RP-Global, Jacopo held similar positions at CEFA Onlus, managing multiple run-of-river hydro power projects in Tanzania, as well as a rural electrification project funded by the EU. Jacopo's professional background also includes roles as an Assistant Project Manager with the EAST-UE Consortium and an advisory board member for POWER-GEN Africa, along with earlier administrative experience at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and as an International Relations Analyst at Equilibri.net. Academically, Jacopo holds a Master's degree in European Studies and a Bachelor's degree in Development Economics and International Development.
