RP Group is an ambitious family business that is dedicated to transforming forgotten land and dilapidated buildings into beautiful homes and vibrant communities.

We are experts in bringing together residential and commercial projects to create unique properties that have a positive impact on local people and businesses.

Whether you are looking for a bespoke new-build home, an innovative commercial unit or are looking to buy or sell land for development, RP Group will help you unlock the door to your future.

Our team operates with integrity which means that all our projects are thoughtfully designed so that they deliver the highest standards of comfort, style and functionality.

Having already brought several projects to market, the team is ambitious for the future and is dedicated to transforming forgotten land and dilapidated buildings into beautiful homes and vibrant communities. The team is currently working on bringing several new sites to market that are situated in enviable locations across the North West.

The RP Group controls their own land acquisition and planning processes and is therefore actively looking for new land and joint venture opportunities. All introductions should be made to Thomas Ratcliffe on 0161 468 2728.
