David Read

David Read is a seasoned professional in business analysis and technical consulting with extensive experience in PeopleSoft systems. Currently serving as a Senior Business Analyst at RPC, Inc. since April 2016, David focuses on business process analysis and the implementation of Workday. Prior to this, David held the position of HCM Technical Lead at AT&T, where responsibilities included international Time & Labor upgrades and implementation. David's consulting career began at Ramos and Associates and continued at Partners Consulting, where expertise in HR, Benefits, and Payroll systems was honed. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Lamar University.
