Doug McCarty

Doug McCarty, MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Director of IT, Enterprise Platform Development at RPC, Inc. since February 2024. McCarty is also a Co-Founder of XcelFX Consulting, focusing on Salesforce consulting for the oil and gas industry, where expertise includes design, implementation, development, user training, and field level support of the FieldFx platform. Prior experience includes leadership roles as Director of Business Applications at Thru Tubing Solutions and Supply Chain Consultant at Addison Group, as well as positions at Devon Energy, Targa Resources, and Wilson Supply. McCarty holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Oklahoma Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Harding University.
