Eric Tabanou

Eric Tabanou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and product management within the IT domain, currently serving as the Product Management Office Manager at RPC, Inc. since 2016. Tabanou has successfully led teams in the execution of IT projects, focusing on Agile process transformation to enhance collaboration between technology and business units. Prior to RPC, Tabanou held multiple managerial roles at Schlumberger from 1995 to 2016, including Global ALM IT Manager and Project Manager, where significant achievements included designing and implementing application lifecycle management systems and software development tracking tools. Tabanou holds a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Rice University and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston.
