Mark Helms

Mark Helms is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in corporate financial management and leadership. Currently serving as Vice President and Corporate Controller at RPC, Inc. since September 2006, Mark has held various key roles including Director of Finance and Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to this, Mark was the Chief Financial Officer at Raker Construction Co. LLC and held positions at Printpack and Grant Thornton, where responsibilities included Plant Controller and Senior Assurance Associate, respectively. Mark began the career as a Senior Accountant at George A. Pennington & Company, LLC. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Berry College, where studies spanned from 1993 to 1996.
