Pat Gunning

Pat Gunning is a retired partner with extensive experience at Ernst & Young LLP, where tenure spanned from May 2002 to the present. In addition to this role, Gunning serves as an independent director at Marine Products, Inc., Rollins, Inc., and RPC, Inc., fulfilling positions such as chair of the audit committee and participation in governance and compensation committees. Gunning's previous leadership experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at The Woodruff Arts Center from November 2020 to June 2022 and as a partner at Arthur Andersen LLP from June 1981 to May 2002. Gunning holds a B.B.A. in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
