Rosy Sofia has extensive experience in community engagement and program coordination, currently serving as CSR Lead at RPG Foundation since January 2019, where responsibilities include conducting baseline data collection, implementing CSR initiatives, and establishing skill-based partnerships for youth employment. Prior to this role, Rosy held positions such as Senior Program Coordinator at Udayan Care, where involvement included soft skills training and program expansion in Chennai, and Voluntary Repatriation Facilitator at UNHCR, focusing on refugee assistance. Additional roles include Lecturer at Christian Institute of Management and various positions related to disaster management and evaluation, demonstrating a strong foundation in social work and community development, supported by a Master's degree in Social Work from Stella Maris College.
