Vinod More has experience in various HR roles, starting as a Management Trainee at Suzlon Energy and eventually holding senior positions at companies like Zensar Technologies and RPG Group. Vinod is currently the Group Head for Total Rewards & Performance at RPG Group, leading strategic initiatives to enhance overall R&R and benefit frameworks. Vinod has a Master's Degree in PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA in Human Resource from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
