R&S workshop is an architectural and interior design firm headquartered in Como, Italy, working across national and international markets. Our team brings together experienced architects and engineers who manage every stage of the design process, from early feasibility studies through to the most detailed construction and interior specifications.
Since 2015, we have been designing and delivering hotel and resort facilities, shopping malls, student housing, senior living projects, airports, office buildings, and medium‑to‑large residential developments in Italy and abroad. Our clients include private groups in Italy and overseas, Italian investment funds, and leading Italian asset management companies (SGR), allowing us to build solid expertise in managing project phases under different regulatory frameworks in countries such as Italy, the Russian Federation, France, Estonia, Lithuania, Albania, Azerbaijan, and Antigua and Barbuda.
The firm specializes in architectural design with a clear focus on hospitality, commercial, and residential assets, developing projects from concept and feasibility to detailed design to meet client objectives in a context of innovation and optimization. We have also consolidated extensive experience in hotel interior design, working in full synergy with engineering disciplines and specialist consultants.
Our project portfolio covers hotel and resort properties, residential complexes, student housing, corporate headquarters, shopping malls, spa and aquapark facilities, private villas, airports, medical centers, and high‑end refurbishment works on heritage buildings. This breadth of references reflects a studio capable of working consistently across scales and contexts, from single buildings to large master plans. Infrastructure and special projects – including airports, medical centers, and interventions on historic complexes – further reinforce our positioning as a reliable partner for high‑complexity programs.
