✅ 1. Why do clients typically call us?

Faced with relentless demand, constrained budgets, and rising expectation, leaders of public sector and other mission driven organisations contact us when they need trusted advisors to help them navigate the future of public services, service delivery, and ways of working. They need help from experienced, technology agnostic, commercially astute, empathetic, and honest people. Our goal is to help our customers build highly productive environments that operate with a focus on outcomes, safety, governance, and organisational ambition.

✅ 2. What our clients are typically experiencing

We get contacted by people who have worked with big name consulting firms and advisory services who have promised results but delivered commentary. They have tried the security of a big name and experienced the disappointment and frustration of inexperienced or inward looking junior consultants.

They don’t need another “transformation programme”.

They need to break the cycle and work with people that will help them solve problems, embrace the future of work, realign priorities, and deliver sustainable answers to uniquely experienced problems. That’s where RPNA operates.

✅ 3. Our ideal clients

- Local Government
- NHS Trusts and ICBs
- Public Sector & Third Sector bodies
- Mission or Purpose Driven organisations e.g. B-Corps and Social Enterprises

✅ 4. What clients get when working with us

We help our clients solve problems in a safe, sustainable, and meaningful way. We help them understand what is possible with new technology, how they can better harness the capability and potential of their people, and how then can deliver the services their citizens, patients, and customers need.

Our customers do not waste time and money incrementally redesigning services for a world that will soon no longer exist. Instead, they improve delivery today, whilst moving to the AI/Human powered future of work that will exist tomorrow.
