Marcos Peña started their work experience in 2016 at the Ministerio de Desarrollo Social - Bs As. Marcos held two roles during this time, first as the Coordinador de Comunicación de El Estado en tu Barrio from July 2018 to July 2020, and then as the Coordinador Regional de El Estado en tu Barrio from May 2016 to July 2018. In these roles, they were responsible for coordinating the program in 12 municipalities, managing human and governmental resources, and negotiating with municipalities.
