Lathika Pai is a proven leader in the global start-up ecosystem, particularly in the MENA, APAC, and India/SAARC regions. As the founder of SonderConnect, Lathika empowers women founders by providing resources and access to funding, successfully engaging over 140 entrepreneurs across eight countries. With extensive experience at Microsoft, where Lathika served as Managing Director for Startups, Lathika launched initiatives like the "Highway to 100 Unicorns" and "Project Amplify," focusing on sustainability and impact. Lathika holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bangalore University and a Master's degree in Software Telecom from the Rochester Institute of Technology, alongside an ongoing Executive Program in Social Entrepreneurship at INSEAD.
