Michael Dempsey

Michael Dempsey has an extensive work experience in various leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development. Michael is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Development at RPX Optimization Group, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they were the Vice President of Sales at REMPREX, LLC from July 2021 to February 2023. From October 2015 to July 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Container and Port Solutions at ORBCOMM. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at WAM Technologies LLC from April 2012 to October 2015. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager of Ports and Terminals Solutions at IDENTEC SOLUTIONS from January 2008 to April 2012. Michael'searly experience includes working as the VP of Automation Technologies at Navis from February 2006 to July 2008.

Michael Dempsey completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of California, Davis, in the years 1975 to 1979. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Agribusiness/Agricultural Business Operations from Santa Clara University Leavey School of Business, attending from 1980 to 1981.
