Katie Mann

Katie Mann has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Katie started their career as a Volunteer Counsellor for the charity ChildLine, where they dedicated their time to answering calls from children and young people in need. In 2007, they joined Orthogem Ltd as the Chief Operating Officer and later became the Operations Executive. During their time at Orthogem, they achieved the CE mark for a newly developed product and led the company through multiple audits and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA standards. In 2018, they joined EYOTO™ (Aston EyeTech Ltd) as the Director of Quality and Regulatory Assurance. Currently, Katie is working as a Principal Regulatory Scientist at RQM+ and is also self-employed as a Consultant.

Katie Mann obtained a BSc in Biomedical Science from Nottingham Trent University from 2003-2006. In 2012, they attended New College Nottingham for a program in PTLLS. Additionally, in 2007, Katie attended BATLAS for a Lead Auditor course.
