Ray Torrez

Ray Torrez is an experienced professional with a strong background in project and program management across various industries. Since March 2021, Ray has served as the Director of Program Management and previously held the position of Senior Project Manager at RQM+. Prior to RQM+, Ray was with AB&R® from February 2017 to March 2021, where responsibilities included VP of Technical Operations, Board Member, and Director of Lifecycle Services. Additional experience includes project management roles at EASi and Aerotek, and a long tenure at W.L. Gore & Associates as an Associate specializing in project management, engineering, and operations. Ray's career began with the US Army, serving as an Armor Crewman from February 1981 to May 1985.
