Ben Olson has over two decades of experience in the IT industry, currently serving as the IT Solutions Manager for Veritas Document Solutions at RR Donnelley since January 2003. In this role, Ben leads a team of IT Business Analysts dedicated to enhancing client revenue opportunities, implementing valuable feature improvements, and optimizing operational efficiencies. Prior to this position, Ben gained valuable experience at Accenture from 1996 to 2003, holding various roles including Sr. Business Analyst and Consultant. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Bradley University, completed in May 1996, and graduated from Sterling High School in 1991.
