Deb Steiner

Deb Steiner is an accomplished legal executive with extensive experience in corporate governance and compliance. Currently serving as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at RR Donnelley since April 2012, Deb oversees various departments including Human Resources, Environmental Health and Safety, and risk management while leading the legal team and reporting directly to the CEO. Prior to this role, Deb held positions as Vice President and Associate General Counsel, where leadership of an international team of attorneys was a key responsibility. Previous experience includes serving as Counsel at Latham & Watkins, where focus was on federal litigation and white-collar defense, and as Chief Operating Officer at the Illinois Inspector General's Office, overseeing investigations of state agencies. Deb began legal career as an Assistant United States Attorney, leading prosecutions across multiple high-profile areas. Deb holds a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Psychology from Manchester University.
