Justin Watts

Justin Watts is an accomplished User Experience Design professional with extensive experience leading UX projects across various industries. Currently serving as the Manager of User Experience Design at RR Donnelley, Justin has been instrumental in managing UX and UI teams and facilitating stakeholder workshops since January 2021. Previous roles include Lead User Experience Designer, Principal UX Designer for Home Depot, and UX Lead for Salesforce at Camping World, where Justin consistently delivered high-quality designs that enhanced user satisfaction and engagement. Justin has also held positions at Westfield, Cardinal Health, Precision Dialogue, and Apple, demonstrating a strong foundation in user research and design methodologies. Justin holds a Master of Science in User Experience Design from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communication from The Ohio State University.
