Les Zahn

Les Zahn is an accomplished operations manager with extensive experience in manufacturing and production management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at RR Donnelley since April 2022, Les has previously held positions as OPS Manager at GMT Corporation, Director of Operations at Americana Building Products, and Plant Manager at JARCO, a Polar Company. With a strong foundation in production planning, KPI tracking, and quality assurance, Les has demonstrated leadership in optimizing operations and managing teams effectively throughout a career that began in 2003 as a Supervisor at McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing, Inc. Les holds a Bachelor of Science in process, Business Administration and Management from Riverland Community College and previous educational experience at Northeast Iowa Community College.
