Mike Wells

Mike Wells is the VP of Operations at RR Donnelley, a position held since 2017. They previously served in various managerial roles at RR Donnelley, including Regional Operations Manager, where they led significant improvements in digital print and fulfillment operations. Before joining RR Donnelley, Mike spent over a decade in the US Navy as a Commissioned Officer, gaining experience in communications and operations. They hold a Master of Science in Operations Research from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy.
