Tim Compall

Tim Compall is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and litigation. Currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at RR Donnelley since September 2017, Tim provides legal support to the Business Communications Solutions and Response Marketing Solutions business units. Prior to this role, Tim held the position of Managing Assistant General Counsel at Verizon/MCI from April 1998 to December 2015, where responsibilities included advising sales teams on contractual and regulatory matters. Tim began a legal career as an Associate Attorney at Jenner & Block and Novack and Macey LLP, focusing on complex commercial litigation. Tim also has a strong foundation in accounting, having worked as a Senior Auditor and Auditor earlier in their career. Tim holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
