They are the President & Chief Executive Officer of RR Donnelley, a $5B privately-owned provider of multichannel business communications services and marketing solutions, with 25,000 clients worldwide and 32,000 employees in 28 countries. They previously served as Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer of LSC Communications (NYSE: LKSD) from 2016 to 2021, where they substantially improved cash flow and enterprise value through M&A, restructuring, cost containment, and capital raises. They have held multiple executive roles in RR Donnelley and related companies, including CFO & Group President Global Services and EVP Operations; EVP, Operations & Business Integration at Moore Wallace; and SVP & Treasurer of World Color Press. They earned an MBA in Finance from St. John's University in 1990 and are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Pace University.
