RREV Acquisition Corp. is a special purpose acquisition vehicle seeking a business combination with the management and owners of high quality companies seeking an alternative to a traditional initial public offering ("IPO").

While we may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or geographic region, we intend to focus on companies that have an aggregate enterprise value of approximately $800 million to $4.0 billion, that complement our management team's and sponsor's background in technology, defense and space, robotics, quantum, professional sports, AI, energy, power, and other transformative sectors.

We will use our experience in sourcing transactions and due diligence to identify and negotiate a combination with an enduring business. The traditional IPO process entails significant preparation, commitment of time and resources and entails meaningful uncertainty. As a result, management and owners are searching for viable public market alternatives. We believe that the combined experience of our sponsor, management, members of our board of directors and executives of RRE Ventures makes a combination with us a compelling alternative to the IPO process and provides potential for long term value creation.

Over the course of their careers, the members of our management team, board of directors and the executives at RRE Ventures and their affiliates have developed a broad network of contacts and corporate relationships that we believe will serve as a useful source of opportunities. This network has been developed through both investing and operating experience across a broad range of sectors, including space, satellites & defense, robotics, quantum computing, energy and power, sports and gaming, physical AI, applied AI, software, healthcare and crypto. We expect these networks will provide us with a robust flow of opportunities.
