Our Mission is to revolutionize mental wellness to bring inner peace and contentment to all the beings of the world through rREST®.

rREST®  is the fastest and most effective method available to therapists and coaches that break through the blocks that hold people back from creating the long-lasting success they desire and deserve. It can quickly and permanently eliminate subclinical stress response patterns that were generated very early in life and were reinforced by adversity throughout one's lifetime.  rREST increases your comfort zone and mental and emotional resilience. rREST Certification Program is available for qualified coaches, therapists, managers, and leaders.

After being trained as a rREST® Certified Coach, you will be able to help:

Entrepreneurs who are stuck in their own stuff and unable to create the success story they really want.

Women paving a path in STEM, a largely male-dominated industry that doesn’t usually exude a lot of warmth to newcomers.

Families riddle with anger and resentment that makes it difficult to communicate in healthy ways.

High-performance professionals who feel like they've lost their competitive edge and aren't performing at their potential.

Veterans who struggle to reacclimatize and wrestle with thoughts of suicide after deployment.
